David Greenhaw
David Greenhaw is an ordained minister of the United Church of Christ serving as President and Professor of Preaching and Worship at Eden Theological Seminary in St. Louis, Missouri. Dr. Greenhaw lectures and publishes on the revitalization of mainline Protestantism. He is a frequent guest preacher in congregations and church gatherings. David is married to Leigh Hunt Greenhaw, who teaches at Washington University Law School. They have two sons, Robert who is a first grade teacher at a St. Louis city school, and Andrew who is a graduate student at Pacific School of Religion. -
Gianfranco Grande
Gianfranco Grande is the Director of the Chicago office of Partners for Sacred Places as well as the National Director of Development. Mr. Grande has over ten years of experience in development and management of nonprofit organizations, from startups to agencies with annual budgets exceeding $45 million. He served as Principal of Philanthropia, Ltd and Executive Director and President of First Step Foundation. He is Chairman of the Board for the "Education Center", a nonprofit organization in the Greater Chicago area, as well as founding board member of the Linardakis Foundation. Mr. Grande is a member of the Association of Fundraising Professionals, Chicago Chapter. -
Deirdre Colgan
Deirdre Colgan has served as Executive Director of the Chicago-based nonprofit, Sacred Space International, since 2008. She regularly presents architectural and other specialist material to a variety of public audiences, from lectures and tours to panel discussions. She currently serves as Scholarship Director on the board of Chicago Women in Architecture.
Deirdre Colgan holds a Masters of Architecture from the University of Illinois, at Chicago (UIC) and a Masters in Fine Art, Sculpture from the California College of the Arts (CCA.) Her Bachelors Degree is from the National College of Art and Design in Ireland (NCAD.) She has practiced as an architectural professional since 1999 and also served as adjunct faculty at a number of academic institutions in Chicago. Deirdre was a grantee of the Graham Foundation for Advanced Studies in Fine Arts in 2008 and traveled to France to research the preservation of E.1027, designed by the Irish architect Eileen Gray.
In her personal art practice, she is concerned with sequestering spiritual space amongst the tumult of everyday life. Her process is based between art & architecture and she maintains a studio space at Spoke. -
Cyrus Rivetna
Cyrus Rivetna is principal architect at Rivetna Architects, Inc. His portfolio includes municipal buildings, commercial, hospitality, multi-family housing and high-end single-family homes, and a new Zoroastrian center in the Dallas area. He previously worked in Ahmedabad, India as a senior architect at Sangath, the office of noted architect Shri. Balkrshina Doshi. There he gained a profound understanding of traditional building techniques to naturally cool a building. Cyrus studied at the University of Illinois, Champaign-Urbana. An avid photographer, his photographs have been published in the Chicago Tribune and exhibited in art galleries. Cyrus is an active member of the Zoroastrian Association of Metropolitan Chicago and is on the board of directors for Sacred Space International. -
Clark Baurer
Clark brings to McBride Kelley Baurer a wide variety of professional experience, including five years at one of the world's largest architectural-engineering firms, two years as a professor of architecture in Versailles, France, six years as a partner in a nationally recognized U.S. ecclesiastical architecture firm, more than ten years directing McBride Kelley Baurer’s Beijing office and now more than five years in the Chicago office.Clark is currently Principal-In-Charge for several projects in the Chicago office, including the recently completed renovations to the Chicago City Centre Hotel in downtown Chicago; a new building for New Moms, Inc. and a renovation of the Joshua Center women’s shelter for Breakthrough Urban Ministries.
